Ø      Community Wide Needs Assessment conducted every 5 years

Ø      Action Teams to address critical priorities such as Housing, Employment, Youth, Seniors, and Intercultural

        Needs

Ø      Grant Writing Assistance leveraging over $11 million in services to the community over the past 5 years

Ø      Community Resource Center created in 2004 to link persons to resources and services they need
